Pioneer Humani Charter

This charter was written by the founder of the group. It sets out his values. Pioneer Humani carries it and enforces it in all the group’s activities: its solutions, its employees, its suppliers and its customers.

Preamble

Pioneer Humani and its subsidiaries design, publish and operate digital solutions for professionals: data sovereignty, protection, cybersecurity, managed IT, support and training. Committed to strong ethical values, the group applies a code of conduct that guarantees respect for moral principles and human dignity. Our services are used within the limits set out below.

Limits of use

  1. All offensive content is prohibited. Offensive content means content that is discriminatory, racist or xenophobic, revisionist or denialist, defamatory, violent or inciting violence, shocking to young people, insulting or vulgar, contrary to public morals or public order, offensive towards religious practices or beliefs, obscene, pornographic or child pornographic.
  2. All content that infringes intellectual property and copyright is prohibited: texts, images, videos, trade secrets, internal or confidential information. Any breach of applicable laws and regulations is also prohibited on the servers, websites and infrastructure where we operate.
  3. Every customer whose website or application is managed by a group company ensures that no visitor can post a comment, article or review containing:
    • a racist insult;
    • insulting or vulgar language;
    • language offensive towards religious practices or beliefs;
    • revisionist content;
    • pornographic or child pornographic content.

For reasons of strict neutrality, no political, philosophical or religious content is managed by the group.

If the charter is not respected

  • Where hosting is provided by a group company: immediate suspension of hosting services for the customer concerned, on the server concerned, until the content complies.
  • In all other cases: no work can be carried out until the content complies.

Pioneer Humani formally excludes any collaboration with businesses involved in gambling, the sex industry or alcohol. This refusal covers customers, partners whose logo appears in our consoles, suppliers and any other business relationship.

Consistent with these limits, the group refuses any connection with the following content and activities:

  • hate speech, harassment, insults, threats, defamatory content about individuals, groups or states;
  • adult-only, suggestive, provocative or explicit content;
  • unfounded, unverifiable, misleading or ambiguous information;
  • dishonest or abusive activities or content;
  • religious content, fortune-telling, astrology, occultism;
  • games of chance and gambling, and any game that causes addiction or dependency;
  • weapons, war, revolt, demonstrations;
  • drugs, tobacco, alcohol and products that threaten health;
  • the sex industry;
  • dating sites, libertinism, swinging and similar practices.

This refusal applies to our solutions, contracts, suppliers and recruitment. A business opportunity does not suspend the charter.
